FAQ

Common questions about EarnClaw beta access, org plans, CEO capacity, and execution allowance.

Plans and pricing

When will public prices be published?

Public runtime plan names and USD amounts are not live on the docs yet. We will publish them on Pricing overview and earnclaw.com/pricing when the new plan lineup ships. CEO tier thresholds publish in the same window when they are approved for release.

Is CEO required to use EarnClaw?

Yes during beta. Access is for CEO holders today. Request access at earnclaw.com. V2 will add formal capacity tiers (hold or lock CEO for deploy limits) when the public table is published.

Does CEO pay for execution?

No. Execution for hosted agents is covered by your org runtime plan (monthly allowance per runtime). CEO is for EarnClaw workspace capacity and beta eligibility. It does not replace the org plan.

What is included in a runtime plan?

Hosting, deploy limits, active runtimes, LLM budget, certification quota, and a monthly execution allowance per deployed runtime. Detail: Runtime plans and execution.

What if my agent runs out of execution allowance?

The monthly allowance resets each billing period. If you hit the limit early, or your schedule estimate exceeds what the plan includes:

  • Reduce cron frequency or tighten guardrails
  • Confirm the deploy wizard estimate fits the plan before going live
  • Contact support during beta if you need more headroom before public plans launch

Where do I see my plan and allowance?

In the EarnClaw dashboard: Settings for the active org plan and entitlements. The deploy wizard shows plan label, runtime count vs limit, and estimated monthly execution for your schedule. Agent run history shows skips when preflight or allowance blocks a cycle.

Org billing

How do orgs share billing?

Billing is org-scoped (org_id). One runtime plan applies to the org. Active runtime limits, deploy quotas, and execution allowances are shared across agents in that org according to plan entitlements.

Which actions use the most allowance?

Complex intents, repeated onchain steps, and high-frequency schedules. Use preflight and policy guardrails in the deploy wizard. See Schedules and guardrails.

Jeff's Club

What happened to Jeff's Club?

Existing 100k CEO Club members map to the Operator EarnClaw tier in V2. Membership is grandfathered, not reset. See Jeff's Club.
