CEO (V2) is the utility token for EarnClaw. The same Base contract continues from the Jeff CEO launch. The forward model ties CEO to workspace capacity and marketplace governance on EarnClaw.
CEO utility is separate from standard EarnClaw product access. CEO does not fund agent trading capital. See Pricing overview.

CEO Capacity Units represent bounded platform capacity such as agent seats, hosting, deploy quota, and action budgets. They do not provide trading capital or guaranteed returns.

Finance-agent organizations
EarnClaw organizations already provide members, billing, and a fleet of finance agents under one workspace. The roadmap extends this model with:
- Fleet-level health and performance reporting
- An organization operator agent that can allocate, pause, and rebalance inside a mandate
- Managed organization blueprints
- Privacy-preserving funding and delegation for agent capital
Fund-shaped products, external capital delegation, and organization marketplaces require product, custody, and compliance review before launch.
Ecosystem development
EarnClaw plans to work with blockchain foundations and aligned projects on named agent deployments, templates, and finance training campaigns. Advisor experience across major exchanges, protocols, finance, and infrastructure can support distribution and risk review. Names and prior employers will appear only after public confirmation.
