How EarnClaw collects, uses, and shares information for the docs site, web app, and mobile app during beta.
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy notice explains how EarnClaw handles information when you use:
- This documentation site (docs.earnclaw.com)
- The EarnClaw web application (earnclaw.com)
- The EarnClaw mobile apps (including TestFlight and App Store builds)
Together, the Service. By using the Service, you also agree to the Terms and conditions and the Disclaimer.
EarnClaw is a separate company from Thirdfy. Thirdfy runs execution rails that hosted agents call. Thirdfy has its own policies for that layer. See Thirdfy documentation and Integrations at runtime.
Questions: open the support chat in the bottom-right corner of this site or earnclaw.com.
1. Who controls the data
EarnClaw operates the workspace (orgs, templates, runtimes, billing entitlements, and the mobile and web product surfaces described here).
When your agents call Thirdfy for execution (CLI, MCP, venue tools), Thirdfy processes the technical data needed for that request under Thirdfy's policies. EarnClaw does not become Thirdfy for all protocol products because you use EarnClaw.
2. Information we collect
Account and identity
- Email address and authentication signals from our identity provider (Privy), including session tokens and linked wallet addresses when you connect or create embedded wallets
- Organization membership, roles, and plan or trial status
- Support messages you send through Intercom or email
Product and runtime data
- Agent and runtime configuration (templates, schedules, guardrails, deploy metadata)
- Operational logs and diagnostics needed to run and debug hosted agents
- Wallet addresses and transaction references you use to fund, withdraw, or operate agents
- Usage of features in the web and mobile apps (for example which screens you open, deploy outcomes, and error codes)
Device and diagnostics
- App version, device type, and crash or performance data via Sentry (when enabled on the build)
- Approximate network and request metadata required to keep the API secure (IP address, timestamps, auth headers)
Docs and marketing site
- Standard web logs and analytics (including Google Analytics where configured) on documentation and marketing pages
- Cookie or local storage preferences for theme and similar non-essential UI settings
We do not ask for government ID as part of the default EarnClaw signup flow. Venue or payment partners you use outside EarnClaw may collect additional information under their own terms.
3. How we use information
We use this information to:
- Create and secure your account and organization
- Deploy, host, schedule, and monitor agents you launch
- Process billing, trials, and plan entitlements
- Provide support and respond to incidents
- Improve reliability, security, and product quality
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms
We do not use your agent wallet balances or trading history to sell personalized ads.
4. Wallets and onchain data
EarnClaw helps you create and use agent wallets and related addresses. Blockchain networks are public. Transactions, balances, and addresses you publish onchain are visible to anyone and are outside EarnClaw's ability to delete.
You control funding and withdrawals subject to product guardrails. Treat agent wallet capital as at risk. See the Disclaimer.
5. Processors and sharing
We share information with service providers that help us run the Service, including:
| Provider | Role |
|---|---|
| Privy | Authentication and embedded wallets |
| Cloud / database hosts | Application data storage for EarnClaw (orgs, runtimes, billing metadata) |
| Thirdfy | Execution catalog, CLI, MCP, and venue tooling when agents execute |
| Intercom | In-product support chat |
| Sentry | Crash and error monitoring on mobile and related clients |
| LLM / model providers | Inference for agent cycles when your runtime uses them |
| Hosting and CDN | Serving the web app, API, and docs |
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger or asset transfer (with notice where required).
We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly used in consumer privacy laws.
6. Mobile app
The EarnClaw iOS (and future Android) apps use the same EarnClaw API and account model as the web app. Mobile builds may send crash diagnostics to Sentry and may open Support through Intercom. Store listings link to this Privacy page.
7. Retention
We keep account and org records while your org is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, billing, and legal purposes. Operational logs are retained for debugging and audit windows, then reduced or deleted under our retention practices. Onchain records remain on public networks indefinitely.
8. Your choices
- Update profile and org settings in the product where available
- Request access, correction, or deletion of account data via support chat (we may retain what law or security requires)
- Sign out and revoke sessions; disconnect wallets where the product allows
- Limit optional analytics via browser or OS controls where applicable
Some features cannot work without the account, wallet, or runtime data described above.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). Do not use EarnClaw if you are under that age.
10. International transfers
We and our processors may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms. Using the Service means your information may be processed outside your home country.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy notice. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised notice.
